• This bathroom remodel required complete removal of existing fixtures, sheet rock, walls and finish work. The bathroom was stripped to the studs and sub-flooring.

• The remodeling included electrical upgrade, installation and finishing of sheetrock, wainscoating and vinyl flooring. All new fixtures, faucets and enclosures including the shower, sink and vanity, toilet.

• Lighting and electrical upgrade included ground fault circuitry. An exhaust fan was installed and wired with a separate switch. the fan was vented through the roof.
